My job is to help you achieve your fitness goals in the most effective and efficient way possible. Having been a PT for 7 years has taught me so much as I have trained all sorts of people from CEOs of multi-million pound companies to models and even students. All are very different, and you need you have a range of skills to deal with everyone and still have the knowledge to achieve they’re goals.
I love to see the change in people as they strive towards their goal. The feeling is even better when they achieve it and are left to their own devices to continue their personal journey.
Personal training is more than me telling you to do 10 reps, it’s about building a relationship and moving forward together.
As a kid I was very active, mostly playing football where I first learned about the body. Mainly stretching, injury prevention and recovery. I didn’t even think of it as a job. just that I needed to stay on the pitch and doing what I loved. As I grew older my love for football waned and I discovered weight lifting at a youth center. I think this was my real calling in life as I couldn’t get enough of it. I did many courses over the years and trained with lots of different men and women gaining valuable information and tips you can’t get in books.
I’ve now been a PT for 7 years now and still love every aspect of it. I’ve taken over a thousand sessions and classes in that time helping many people reach their goals.
For me training is a lifestyle. My philosophy is simple – Eat Right, Train Right, Feel Right!
