We offer 1-1 or small group (up to 3 people max) personal training sessions either in a gym (which we have access to in Mayfair) in a park or in your office. Our personal trainers have carried out thousands of sessions on hundreds of clients gaining a wide range of skills and the knowledge to achieve your goals in the most efficient and fun way possible.
Upon signing up, you will receive a 5 Point Health Check which includes;
- Body fat measurements,
- Peak flow (lung capacity)
- Blood pressure
- Grip strength test.
You will continue to receive this test every 4 weeks whilst signed up.
Group Corporate Training
We specialise in Group Corporate Training sessions based in the comfort of an empty office in your building so you don’t have to travel. You have enough time to train, shower & eat which may be a problem when leaving the office to go to the gym.
The size of these groups rely solely on the size of the room we are working in. (The minimum & maximum amount of people in a class will be established before class is confirmed – booking system).
Group Corporate Training for up to 20 all working out together at the same time. All you need is an empty office or an outside space big enough for all to fit in.

Our wedding packages are designed to get you in the best shape, in the quickest time possible. This package includes 3-5 sessions per week. Starting with a consultation, looking at your personal goals, history and a fitness test. We will design a fitness programme with a diet plan specifically tailored to get ready for your special day.

Then Pilates is the way forward for you. Pilates works wonders for the lower back problem that lots of people have from sitting in the office at their desks for hours on end, doing Pilates could be a way to end that pain and start feeling refreshed and ready for work or everyday life.
We offer Pilates sessions for anything from 3 – 6 people.
